"Reflect to Know; Change to Grow"

N.M.

Are you living well?

Do you feel unclear and unsure about whether you are truly happy with yourself and your life?

Do you question your decisions or have a hard time committing to the decisions that you have made?

Do you feel that life is moving too quickly and you are just going along for the ride?

Do you tell yourself that you want to feel at peace and be content, yet you seem to be living the complete opposite lifestyle?

Are your relationships a source of stress or anxiety?

I will help you to realize and actualize your strengths and true vision that exists within yourself. It's never to late to get clear or "clean up" your perception of yourself and your lifestyle. My approach is pro-active and holistic. Together we will look at each area of your life and assess strengths and deficits, developing a plan of action that works for you and encourages you to live your true vision clearly.

Anxiety, low self esteem, and fear, are often the result of underlying issues that keep us from being who we truly are and living the life that we really want to live. Therapy can alleviate this tension by offering a safe place to talk about and work on letting go of "toxic" thinking or patterns of behavior and their origins. I offer a balance between a nurturing and challenging therapeutic approach, using a combination of psychodynamic (regarding the past) and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques (taking action-present).
